Singing Lessons

Based in Stockton Heath – Warrington
Teaching Styles and Methods

I teach in a style that is compatible with a diverse range of voices and genres. Throughout my lessons we will work on a variety of techniques such as:
- Range
- Belting
- Breath Support
- Vocal Health
The majority of my teaching practices rely on a multitude of contemporary teaching strategies. These strategies are designed to help the student maximise their vocal potential. From Broadway to Pop music, if there’s a note you think you ‘can’t sing,’ there will always be a way to guide the student’s technique. This guidance helps achieve the highest or lowest of notes.
Experience
I completed my BMus Vocal Teaching at the University of Chichester Conservatoire. I have performed in Legally Blonde, Mary Poppins, and the role of Franz in Rock of Ages, performing to audiences in both indoor and outdoor theatres. I have co-written and co-produced The Graduates, a new musical, working as Vocal Director alongside singer/songwriter Alice May, with our next performance Being at the Lambeth Fringe Festival in October
I am a specialist in understanding and teaching belting for a range of diverse voices, drawing upon a mix of methods learned from my training with the Estill teachers Hayley Williams and Sara Allcock. I have developed a range of creative skills through in-person and online teaching experiences, allowing for effective learning throughout the challenges of the pandemic. This has enabled me to adapt to the requirements of students modern lives through my studio and online teaching practice.
